116th Bomb Wing History

These rules are to be held in the highest honor. If any are broken you may receive a reprimand, and removed from flight status for a period of one week. If you break another it will count as two weeks off the flight line. The 3rd time, you get a demotion. The 4th time, we give you your discharge papers and you go home.

Personal Apperance
On the Zone or in any chat room or game, you will remain civilized. Only honorable pilots fly for the 116th BW, if you don't think you got what it takes to be the best of the best, do not come further. The use of language that may be offensive to people is prohibited. You do not need to use foul language to get a point across. If you say any of this junk, it makes this unit and the rest of the BW's look dishonorable. When ever a superior speaks to you or you speak to your superior, you must say Sir or Ma'am to that person. It is a sign of respect.

Flying Rules
All pilots will act in the best accordance of conduct while in the cockpit. CHEATS are prohibited. Any use of cheats will meet strong punishment or removal from flight status. Removal from flight status is that you will not be able to fly in unit activities until you are brought back into flight status, you may still fly on the zone, but not in our rooms.

Promotions
DO NOT ask for a promotion, if you ask, you will not be given one at all. Promotions are based on conduct, flying skills, and participation. If the need for a promotion presents itself, the flight commander will request a promotion for that person. That request will be sent to the squadron commander, which will make the decision on wether or not to send it up to the wing commander. We do this system of checks and balances to make sure we do not promote someone for doing nothing.
